Annual General Meeting

2026

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is coming up, and all Te Atatū AFC members are welcome to attend.

The AGM is an opportunity to reflect on the past year, hear about the club’s plans for the future, and take part in the governance of our club.

Submit your Nominations and/or Matters to Raise here:

Submissions close 8:00pm, Saturday 31st October.

Life Membership

Life Membership is one of the highest honours the Club can award and recognises an individual who has made an outstanding and lasting contribution to Te Atatū AFC.

Any Club Member can nominate an individual for Life Membership by providing the grounds for their nomination. Nominations will be considered by the Committee, who will determine whether the nomination should be put forward to a General Meeting for consideration by Members.

A Life Member must be elected by Special Resolution at a General Meeting and must consent to becoming a Life Member.

Think someone deserves this recognition? Nominate them using the form above.

Committee Membership

The Club Committee plays an important role in the leadership, governance and ongoing development of Te Atatū AFC.

Members can nominate themselves or another eligible Club Member for election to the Committee. You can also indicate if there is a particular role or area of the Committee you or the nominee would be interested in contributing to.

You can view our current Committee alongside the roles and responsibilities of each member here.

Interested in getting involved? Nominate yourself or someone you think would make a great addition to the Committee.

Matter to Raise at the AGM

The AGM is an opportunity for Members to raise matters they would like the Club to discuss or consider.

Members can submit a matter, proposal or other business for consideration at the AGM. This could include a suggestion, issue, change or idea that you would like the Club to discuss or take action on.

Have something you'd like the Club to consider? Submit it using the form above.
