Our club has grown significantly in recent years, and with that growth comes an opportunity to build an even stronger football programme.
To support that next stage, we are looking for a full-time Director of Football to lead the football programme and help shape where Te Atatū AFC goes next.
This is a hands-on leadership role at the heart of the club, working alongside our Executive Committee, coaches, players and wider football community. The role will provide strategic direction across the club while also having a direct role in coaching and developing our Men's First Team.
Building on strong foundations
Our current Director of Football, Liam, has played a huge part in developing our football programme and laying the foundations for where we're heading.
As the role moves to a full-time position, Liam will be involved in the recruitment and transition process to support a strong handover. He will also continue to be a valued and integral part of Te Atatū AFC in a different capacity.
We're now looking for someone to build on that work and help take the club into its next phase.
